MIS (Management Information System Incharge)

In order to collect the annual school information and to meet the data processing needs of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, MIS wings have been established in the DIET This MIS wing has been fully equipped with requisite Computer Hardware & Software along with professional/ trained manpower. In this various types of work as DISE, UDISE, SEMIS data compilation, U-DISE Plus, generation of reports regarding schools, teachers, school facilities, enrollment and various types of ratios are performed. School report cards are also distributed to all the schools every year. In this report card every information regarding school as number of teacher, student, result of each class etc. are mentioned and one can understand the position of school easily and quickly.

CALP (Computer Aided and Learning Programme) is running in the district. In which 27 schools are being covered. In this programme the subject (Math, Sc, Eng etc.) specially will be taught by the teacher through computer so it will enhance or build the learning capacity of the student. An annual Magazine is being published to explore the achievements of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan in district Una.

STUDENT DATABASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

UDISE +

U-DISE (Unified District Information System for Education) is a database about schools in India. The database was developed at the National University for Educational Planning and Administration. It records information such as the level of dropouts  and the condition of school toilets
